Slyrs Single Malt 43% vol. 0,7 l smokehead Jim MurrayThe Slyrs Single Malt is a Bavarian whisky. It is aged in new American white oak barrels with a capacity of approximately 225 liters. The Slyrs matures for 3 to 6 years before bottling. Limited bottling. Previously, Slyrs was bottled as a 3 year old vintage whisky. This approach has now been abandoned, which opens up the possibility of increasing the complexity of the 3 year old with additions of older whisky. We are using the tastings from the 2009
