In terms of taste, it has a smoky, but also very fruity character. It is bottled at 46% ABV and without chill filtration. Tasting Notes: Nose: Dry, smoldering peat smoke with vanilla syrup and burnt black pepper. Taste: Sweet, medicinal peat and smoked bacon lead to roasted coffee beans with spice notes of clove and star anise. Warming spiciness
