Contains 200 mg arnica tincture per 100 g ointment. Relieves discomfort from sprains, bruises, contusions and haematomas. Easy to use: apply an approx. 3 cm long strand of ointment up to 3 times a day and massage in gently. For ointment dressings: apply approx. 2 mm thick and wear for up to 8 hours.
