BandBell® - Rhinoflex HD Bar Exclusive BandBell Kinetic Training T-shirtThe RhinoFlex HD Bar can be loaded with barbell plates (like a classic barbell), with the main difference being that it puts absolutely no stress or pain on the trainee's joints! How can that be? This featherweight bar (approx. 4 kg) gives slightly with each repetition, activating the stabilizers, promoting perfect lift mechanics and contributing to joint health. The Rhionflex HD Bar can be used both low kinetic (with discs) and high kinetic (with
