After maturation in Bourbon casks, the whiskey, which originates from Midleton, Ireland, receives a 6 month finish in ex Oloroso sherry butts, ex Port pipes, ex Madeira, and ex Bourbon casks for a perfect balance! The company was founded in 1829 in County Offaly by Michael Molloy. A later employee, Daniel E. Williams, worked his way up in the company,
