Two weeks on skins. First, I direct pressed the Riesling separately. I then added the pressed Riesling grapes to the red must. After two weeks, I pressed the Portugieser, Zweigelt, and Riesling. Following one year of aging in demijohns, I blended the direct pressed Riesling with the red wine. The final cuve was bottled without sulfur in October 2024. Rotwein
