Brinckmann: Grossmeister Bogoljubow grundlagen but the ideas behind themThis collection of games from 1953, which is dedicated to the work of grandmaster Efim Bogoljubow (1889 1952), fills a gap in chess literature, as it is still the only book in German about the world class player from Ukraine. After a short biography and characterization of his protagonist and a list of his match and tournament results, the author A. Brinckmann presents a (commented) selection of 50 of his best games. A further 14 uncommented games
