Assyrtiko 2023 Muses Estate Ostern Weiß Thai and seafoodAssyrtiko The 2023 Assyrtiko from Muses Estate is an authentic expression of this noble Greek grape variety this time not from the famous island of Santorini, but from the Greek mainland: from the highlands of the Viotia region. The old bush vines produce concentrated, aromatic grapes. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation and then spends a full eight months on the lees, which lends it complexity, depth, and an elegant creaminess on the palate.
