2022 "Ovello" Barbaresco Piemonte DOCG Boffa, 75cl, 14.5% Rosé Production: 3The small vineyard "Ovello" was planted in 1978 and is located on the edge of Barbaresco. Intense aromas of rose petals, red berries, forest floor and mint emerge from the glass. The juicy palate delivers red cherry, raspberry compote, licorice and white pepper. It is well balanced, with fine grained tannins and bright acidity. This premium wine with almost infinite storage potential is a wine in a class of its own! Only around 2,500 bottles per year!
