An elegant Speyside malt with sherry influences. Tasting Notes: Nose: Sweet sherry aromas with underlying citrus, ginger, and oak notes, accompanied by a hint of smoke. Taste: Initially sweet with cracked black pepper, Seville orange and raspberry flavors leading to baked apple and subtle spice. Finish: Medium long finish with charred oak and gentle peat
